CARAMELIZED BILTONG SALAD

INGREDIENTS
Biltong thinly sliced 250g
Chutney 2 dessert spoons
Onion 1
Cucumber ½
Lettuce 500g
Feta cheese garnish
Olives 10
Red and Yellow peppers 2 slices
Cherry tomatoes 4

METHOD
  • Thinly slice the biltong
  • Fry the biltong and chutney together
  • Break the lettuce onto a plate
  • Add thick slices of cucumber
  • Cut thick onion rings and decorate around salad
  • Add cherry tomatoes on the side
  • Add feta cheese and olives
  • Add hot caramelized biltong on top of salad and thinly sliced peppers to decorate.
