- Thinly slice the biltong
- Fry the biltong and chutney together
- Break the lettuce onto a plate
- Add thick slices of cucumber
- Cut thick onion rings and decorate around salad
- Add cherry tomatoes on the side
- Add feta cheese and olives
- Add hot caramelized biltong on top of salad and thinly sliced peppers to decorate.
